Reservations are final and non refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Local ordinances and regulations govern the occupancy of all rental/exchange units. VVI confirmations contain approved occupancy information. Resorts strictly enforce maximum unit occupancy.

Most resorts do not allow rentals to guests who are not at least 25 years old.

Pets are not allowed at any rental property.

If your travel plans necessitate a late check in please contact the resort directly for specific check in instructions.

Although your rental includes all applicable taxes and service fees, which the resort allows us to prepay some additional charges (such as energy surcharges, local timeshare taxes, or charges for extra maid service, etc.) may be your responsibility and are collected when you check in/out.

Complete condominium maid service is generally provided once a week with additional towels and linens provided on a request basis. Some properties offer daily maid service, or service on demand, at an additional cost. Since these services are established and vary by property please consult directly with the resort for detailed information and cleaning options.

Many resorts also require a modest security deposit, sometimes in cash, at time of check in. This deposit, which is often between $100 - $500, is refundable after check out if the unit is not damaged. We do not collect or make refunds of security deposits. If damage should occur while you are occupying the unit you must notify the resort immediately.

By accepting a confirmation you assume responsibility for maintaining the rental unit and agree to be held liable for any and all fees arising from damage to the unit or resort property. You also assume full responsibility for the actions of all members of your party.
