Situated on 11 beachfront acres, Pono Kai offers a beautiful outdoor pool to bask in the Hawaiian sun. Additional on site amenities include well maintained lighted tennis and shuffleboard courts, a lighted croquet lawn, and lighted barbecue areas. Pono Kai also provides exceptional services including a guest activities desk, 24-hour front desk, video rentals, hula lessons, complimentary beach towels, a wedding coordinator and so much more. Pono Kai Resort accommodates both active guests and those seeking rest and relaxation. Surrounded by swaying palms, you will find your own Hawaii Paradise at the Pono Kai Resort. Pono Kai Resort has a two night minimum stay requirement.


Two-bedroom suites at Pono Kai Resort is approximately 1130 square feet with the lanai and can accommodate up to 6 people. All two bedroom suites offer two bathrooms, each with a tub and shower combination, a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and a full kitchen with a microwave and a dishwasher. A one-bedroom suite is approximately 740 square feet with the lanai and can accommodate up to 4 people. The one bedroom suite has one bathroom with a tub and shower combination, one queen bed in the bedroom, a doublewall bed in the living room and a full kitchen with a microwave and a dishwasher. Both the one bedroom and two bedroom suites are also equipped with air conditioning, a television, a telephone with a message service, a washer/dryer and an iron with ironing board. The suites are located in three story buildings with elevators and have furnished lanais and ceiling fans. ** There are porta-cribs for babies up to 20 lbs. only, available on site for $5 per night and rollaways on site for $10 per night. Rollaways, highchairs and full-size cribs are also available through an outside company for a fee. Requests for this equipment are taken when the room reservation is made (must be at least 24 hours before arrival at the resort) and cancellation fees apply.
