Driving DirectionsCheck in Office – located within Coral Cay Resort, 2300 Caravelle Circle, Kissimmee Fl, 34746. From Orlando International Airport; Follow signs for Boggy Creek Road. Turn right onto Hwy 1-92 West. Shortly after seeing Mile Marker 15 - make a right onto Old Vineland Road. (You will see a Wal-Mart Super Center on the left side of the intersection). Travel approx. 1 mile and the entrance to the Coral Cay community check-in office will be on your right.Special RestrictionsAt time of check in, a $350 damage deposit is required. This deposit is refundable after check out once the condo has been inspected. Minimum rental age is 21 years. Sorry, no pets allowed. Pool heat is available from mid October thru April 3rd, the charge is $35 per day plus tax and is already included in rates. Maid service is available upon request for a fee and can also be arranged at check in. **Telephone in homes can only call local or toll free phone numbers, to call long distance you must have an American calling card****Stays of less than six nights incur a cleaning fee which is payable at the time of booking. The clean fee rates are $85 plus tax for a three bedroom pool home, $95 plus tax for a four bedroom pool home and $110 plus tax for a five bedroom pool home.** A specific home or community can be requested and guaranteed if available at a rate of $75 per week for a specific home and $50 per week for a specific community.Cancellation policyReservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival date--$50 fee. Reservations cancelled 29 to 8 days prior to arrival date--$50 fee plus one night's stay including tax. Reservations cancelled 7 to 4 days prior to arrival date--$50 fee plus 50% of total cost for accommodations. Reservations cancelled 3 days or less prior to arrival date, no shows and early departures are non-refundable. A $50 change fee applies once the reservation is confirmed and is based on availability.
