Summer Bay Resort's one bedroom condo rentals sleep a maximum of four guests, two guests private with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The two bedroom, two bath condo rentals sleep a maximum of eight guests, six guests private with a queen bed in the master, two double beds in the second bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. All of the two bedroom, two bath villas have a maximum occupancy of six people, four guests private. The Summer Bay vacation villas are air-conditioned with a fully furnished kitchen, living room, and dining room. There are guest laundry facilities available on site. Get off of I-4 at exit 64B (Highway 192). On US Highway 192 West travel approximately six miles, the entrance is on your right.
