Driving DirectionsCheck in location differs from property location – you will check in at the Welcome USA welcome center located inside the Best Western at 7769 West Irlo Bronson Hwy, Kissimmee, FL – From Orlando International Airport; Follow signs to the Toll Road 417. You will need change for the toll road, which costs approximately $5.00. Head south on the toll road for approximately 13 miles. Take the Osceola Parkway – exit # 3. Turn right onto W. Osceola Parkway and continue for 1.2 miles. Turn left onto the I-4 West entry ramp and continue 0.7 miles. Take the US-192 West – exit 64B to Disney World. Continue on 192/W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway for 2.9 miles and turn right into the Best Western. The Welcome USA welcome center is located left of the lobby. All confirmed reservations will receive late check in instructions with the paid in full / confirmation statement.Special RestrictionsA credit card imprint or $300 cash security deposit is required at time of check in for incidentals. Minimum rental age is 21 years. Sorry, no pets allowed. Stays of less than 6 nights will be required to pay a cleaning fee of $84.75 for a 3 bedroom home, $96.05 for a 4 bedroom home, and $118.65 for a 5 bedroom home at time of check in. **Pool Heat is $15 - $35 per night plus 13% tax depending on electric or gas heat and is payable at time of check in**Cancellation policyReservations cancelled 21 days or more prior to arrival date--$50 fee. Reservations cancelled 20 to 6 days prior to arrival date--$50 fee plus 50% of total cost for accommodations. Reservations cancelled 5 days or less prior to arrival date, no shows and early departures are non-refundable. A $50 change fee applies once the reservation is confirmed and is based on availability.
