Take a slight left at Boggy Creek Road. Take a slight right to merge onto Central Florida Greeneway / SR-417 South toward Tampa/Disney World, partial toll road. Take exit #6 toward SR-535 / I-4 East / SR-536. Merge onto SR-536 W/World Center Drive. Turn left a South Apopka Vineland Road / Kissimmee-Vineland Road / SR-535 South and continue to follow SR-535 South. Turn left at West Irlso Bronson Memorial Hwy / US-192 East. Turn right at Cecile Drive / Lake Cecile Drive and continue to follow Lake Cecile Drive. Slight left at Pam Road. Turn right at North Poinciana Blvd and continue to 2801 N. Poinciana Blvd.Special RestrictionsMinimum rental age is 21 years. A credit card imprint or cash deposit of $250 is required at time of check in for telephone and any other incidental charges that may be incurred. Stays of two nights or less will be charged a departure cleaning fee of $35 for the two-bedroom villa and $45 for the three-bedroom villa. This fee will be collected at the property. Sorry, pets are not allowed. There is a phone activation charge of $4.95 per unit which you will need a credit card to activate.Cancellation policyReservations cancelled seven days or more prior to arrival--$50 fee.
