The insurance covers up to $1500.00 worth of damage. The insurance is optional on 3 bedroom homes. Minimum rental age is 23 years. Sorry, no pets allowed. Local calls are free in each home, however, a calling card is required to place long distance calls. Pool heat is available at a rate of $35.00 per day plus 7% tax and should be arranged at time of booking. High season dates are; 4/3 – 4/12, 7/1 – 8/31, and 12/16 – 1/6. Low season dates are; 1/7 – 4/2, 4/13 – 6/30, and 9/1 – 12/15. Minimum five-night stay in low season and seven-night stay in high season is required to avoid a one time clean fee. The clean fee rates are as follows; 2 bedroom units - $69.55, 3 bedroom units - $74.90, 4 bedroom units - $80.25, 5 bedroom units - $90.95, and 6 bedroom units - $107.00.Cancellation policyReservations cancelled 21 days or more prior to arrival date will incur a $50 fee. Reservations cancelled 20 – 2 days prior to arrival date will incur a $50 fee plus two night’s rate of stay including tax. Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival date, changes and no shows are non-refundable. A $50 change fee applies once reservation is confirmed, is based upon availability and must take place 48 hours or more prior to arrival date.
